Your responsibilities

  • Verantwortung für das Commissioning eines Objekts als zentrale Aufgabe im Rahmen einer dynamischen, spezialisierten Fertigungsabteilung
  • Fachliche Führung der zu koordinierenden Produktlinie und Lieferanten, um das Objekt termingerecht und qualitätsgerecht von der Ausrüstung in die Erprobungsphase zu überführen
  • Koordination des Objekts im Sinne des Arbeitsschutzes, Einleitung notwendiger Sicherheitsmaßnahmen und Überwachung deren Umsetzung für alle Beteiligten
  • Erstellung und Pflege des Berichtswesens zum Objektstatus, Ableitung von Maßnahmen im Shop-Floormanagement und Kontrolle deren Umsetzung
  • Fachliche Führung des Wach- und Wartungsteams während Seeerprobungen sowie technische Verantwortung für die Aufrechterhaltung des erprobungsfähigen Zustands des Objekts

Your profile

  • Abgeschlossenes technisch-naturwissenschaftliches Studium oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation sowie Berufserfahrung im Marineschiffbau oder in verwandten Bereichen, ergänzt durch nachweisliche Führungserfahrung
  • Ausgeprägte konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten zum Abgleich von Prozessen und Projektanforderungen, fundierte Kenntnisse in der Anwendung qualitätsspezifischer Standards (ISO 9001/9100, AQAP, Marine-Bauvorschriften) und umfassendes Verständnis der Produktion im Unterwasserschiffbau
  • Erfahrung in der fachlichen Führung von Mitarbeitenden, überzeugende und effiziente Kommunikation in deutscher und englischer Sprache sowie aktives Schnittstellen- und interdisziplinäres Team-Management
  • Tiefgehendes Wissen über technische Systeme und deren komplexe Zusammenhänge im Unterwasserschiffbau, kombiniert mit souveränem Auftreten, positivem Teamspirit, Flexibilität, Umsetzungs- und Veränderungskompetenz sowie hohem Maß an Eigenverantwortung, Eigenständigkeit und Verhandlungsgeschick in komplexen Situationen
  • Bereitschaft zu Reise- und Auslandseinsätzen, einschließlich längerer Aufenthalte im Rahmen von Seeerprobungen
