Your responsibilities

  • In Ihrer Rolle führen Sie disziplinarisch und fachlich den Werkstattbereich und die Mitarbeiter der mechanischen Großteilfertigung.
  • Sie sind verantwortlich für das Einhalten und Sicherstellen der Qualitätsanforderungen, Arbeitssicherheitsregularien und die Durchführung erforderlicher Maßnahmen.
  • Die Terminverfolgung, Budgetverfolgung und das Einleiten der erforderlichen (Instandhaltungs-) Maßnahmen obliegt Ihnen.
  • Sie fungieren als Ansprechpartner für den Fachbereich Konstruktion für fertigungstechnische Anforderungen.
  • Sie führen die Kapazitäts-, Belastungs- und Personalressourcenplanung durch und stellen die Personalverfügbarkeit sicher.
  • Sie übernehmen Projekte in der Kostenstelle und darüber hinaus.

Your profile

  • Sie können eine abgeschlossene technische Berufsausbildung nachweisen, idealerweise zum Zerspanungsmechaniker oder Industriemeister.
  • Sie konnten Bereits mehrere Jahre Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position sammeln.
  • Sie besitzen Erfahrung im Umgang mit der Personalführung.
  • Sie zeichnen sich durch organisatorische Fähigkeiten und eine strukturierte Vorgehensweise aus.
  • Ein selbstbewusstes sicheres Auftreten sowie ein überzeugender Eindruck sind für Sie selbstverständlich.
  • Gute Führungsqualitäten, Eigeninitiative, Flexibilität und Verantwortungsbereitschaft runden Ihr Profil ab.
