Your responsibilities

  • Mitwirkung bei Planung, Aufbau und Optimierung der Fertigungsstruktur für Rohrbearbeitung, einschließlich Maschinen, Arbeitsplätzen, Materialfluss sowie Auswahl und Beschaffung von Dienstleistungen, Maschinen, Werkzeugen und Betriebsmitteln im Rahmen von Capex- und Opex-Planungen
  • Einführung und Weiterentwicklung geeigneter Fertigungsprozesse für Rohrbearbeitung, Schweißen, Montage und Prüfungen sowie Erstellung und Implementierung von Arbeitsanweisungen, Fertigungsstandards und Prozessabläufen, inkl. LeanManagementMethoden und kontinuierlicher Verbesserungsprozesse (KVP)
  • Steuerung, Überwachung und Analyse der laufenden Fertigungsprozesse unter Nutzung von IT-Tools (SAP, MicrosoftOffice etc.), Optimierung von Layouts, Produktionsabläufen und relevanten Kennzahlen zur Sicherstellung von Qualität, Kosten, Produktivität und Lieferterminen
  • Implementierung und Verantwortung für TPM-Prozesse (Total Productive Maintenance) sowie effiziente Ressourcen- und Materialnutzung, um eine hohe Verfügbarkeit der Anlagen und eine nachhaltige Produktionsleistung sicherzustellen
  • Sicherstellung der Einhaltung aller Fertigungsstandards, Arbeitsanweisungen und Arbeitssicherheitsvorschriften sowie aktive Mitwirkung bei der kontinuierlichen Verbesserung der Arbeits- und Produktionsbedingungen

Your profile

  • Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung mit Weiterbildung zum Meister:in im Rohrbau sowie eine Qualifikation als Techniker:in oder Ingenieur:in im Bereich Maschinenbau bzw. Produktionstechnik, gepaart mit mehrjähriger Erfahrung im U-Boots-, Schiff- oder Anlagenbau und in der Fertigungsleitung, insbesondere im Rohrleitungs und Maschinen-/Anlagenbau
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in der Rohrbearbeitung (CNC-Biegetechnik), Schweißtechnik im überwachten Bereich sowie in der Verarbeitung von CuNi- und CrNi-Materialien, ergänzt durch sichere Anwendung von ERP/PPS-Systemen und Erfahrung im Umgang mit Produktionskennzahlen
  • Nachgewiesene Erfahrung in der Mitarbeiterführung, Qualifizierung und Organisationsentwicklung, verbunden mit ausgeprägter Sozial- und Führungskompetenz, hoher Kommunikationsfähigkeit sowie Durchsetzungs- und Hands-on-Mentalität
  • Ausgeprägte Organisationsstärke, unternehmerisches Denken und eine strukturierte, lösungsorientierte sowie selbstständige Arbeitsweise, mit der Fähigkeit, Veränderungsprozesse aktiv zu gestalten und voranzutreiben
  • Starke Affinität zu digitalen Fertigungsprozessen und die Fähigkeit, digitale Tools gezielt zur Optimierung von Produktionsabläufen und zur Steigerung der Effizienz einzusetzen
