Your responsibilities

  • Mitwirkung bei Planung und Aufbau der Fertigungsstruktur für Tischlerei und Blechfertigung, einschließlich Auswahl, Einrichtung und Optimierung von Maschinen, Arbeitsplätzen und Materialfluss, sowie bei der Auswahl und Beschaffung von Dienstleistungen, Maschinen, Werkzeugen und Betriebsmitteln im Rahmen von Capex- und Opex-Planungen
  • Einführung und Weiterentwicklung geeigneter Fertigungsprozesse vom Zuschnitt über Umformen, Schweißen, Montage bis hin zu Prüfungen, inklusive Erstellung und Implementierung von Arbeitsanweisungen, Fertigungsstandards und Prozessabläufen sowie kontinuierlicher Optimierung von Layouts und Produktionsabläufen
  • Anwendung und Weiterentwicklung von LeanManagementMethoden und kontinuierlichen Verbesserungsprozessen (KVP), um die Produktionsziele hinsichtlich Qualität, Kosten, Produktivität und Liefertermine zu sichern
  • Steuerung, Überwachung und Analyse der laufenden Fertigungsprozesse unter Nutzung von ITTools (z.B. SAP, MicrosoftOffice), Optimierung relevanter Produktionskennzahlen und Gewährleistung einer effizienten Ressourcen und Materialnutzung
  • Implementierung und Verantwortung für TPM-Prozesse (Total Productive Maintenance) sowie für die Einhaltung aller Fertigungsstandards und Arbeitsanweisungen, verbunden mit Sicherstellung der Arbeitssicherheit

Your profile

  • Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung mit Weiterbildung zum Meister:in, Techniker:in oder Ingenieur:in im Bereich Maschinen- und Anlagenbau, Produktionstechnik oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung sowie mehrjährige Erfahrung im U-Boots-, Schiff- oder Anlagenbau, insbesondere im Aufbau neuer Fertigungsstrukturen und -prozesse
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in der Blechbearbeitung zur Herstellung von Schweißbaugruppen, sichere Fertigungssteuerung, Erfahrung mit CuNi- und CrNi-Materialien sowie versierter Umgang mit ERP/PPSSystemen und der Analyse von Produktionskennzahlen
  • Nachweisliche Erfahrung in der Mitarbeiterführung, Qualifizierung und Organisationsentwicklung, gepaart mit ausgeprägter Führungs- und Sozialkompetenz, hoher Kommunikationsfähigkeit sowie Durchsetzungs- und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • Ausgeprägte Organisationsstärke, unternehmerisches Denken, strukturierte, lösungsorientierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise sowie HandsonMentalität und die Fähigkeit, Veränderungsprozesse aktiv zu gestalten
  • Starke Affinität zu digitalen Fertigungsprozessen, sichere Anwendung entsprechender IT-Tools, sowie ein ausgeprägtes Qualitäts- und Sicherheitsdenken zur Sicherstellung höchster Produktionsstandards
