Your responsibilities

  • Steuerung und Verwaltung des materialbezogenen Materialflusses (EDV-gestützt und physisch) inklusive Bestandsführung, Verbrauchsbuchungen und Rücklagerungen im SAP-EWM
  • Durchführung von Materialverfügbarkeitsprüfungen, Fehlteillisten und Eskalationen sowie vorausschauende Materialabrufe und Umsteuerungen in Zusammenarbeit mit Arbeitsvorbereiter:innen, Logistiker:innen und Shopfloor-Manager:innen
  • Erstellung und Abwicklung von Bestellanforderungen, Eilbestellungen, Versandverfügungen und Hoftransporten, inklusive Anstoß von Ad-hoc-Aufträgen
  • Annahme, Kontrolle, Zuordnung und Buchung von Auftragsmaterial sowie Einbuchung produzierter Bauteile zur Sicherstellung eines aktuellen Informations- und Datenbestands
  • Unterstützung der Produktionsplanung durch Verplanung von Aufträgen, Teilnahme an Shopfloor-Runden und Sicherstellung der Priorisierung, um die Fertigungslinien (MFTs) produktiv zu halten

Your profile

  • Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung im relevanten Fachbereich oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mindestens drei Jahre einschlägige Berufserfahrung
  • Sicherer Umgang mit EDV-Systemen; Erfahrung mit SAP/EWM ist wünschenswert
  • Ausgeprägtes Verantwortungs- und Qualitätsbewusstsein, selbstständige Arbeitsweise, schnelle Auffassungsgabe, hohe Resilienz sowie Teamfähigkeit in einem anspruchsvollen Umfeld
  • Flexibilität, Einsatzbereitschaft und ausgeprägte kommunikative Fähigkeiten
