Your responsibilities

  • Du bereitest Schweißerprüfungen nach DINENISO9606 vor und führst sie durch.
  • Du bildest Schweißer (m/w/d) theoretisch und praktisch aus und prüfst deren Kenntnisse.
  • Du führst bei Bedarf Schweißverfahrens bzw. Sichtprüfungen in der Fertigung durch.
  • Du beaufsichtigst und prüfst Schweißarbeiten gemäß WPS in den Verfahren 111,121,131,135,136,141.
  • Du erstellst und verifizierst Schweißanweisungen (WPS) und unterstützt die Optimierung von Arbeitsabläufen.
  • Du erklärst, demonstrierst und lehrst die Grundlagen des Schweißens und der Metallverarbeitung.
  • Du weist Mitarbeitende (m/w/d) in ihre Aufgaben ein, kontrollierst die Qualitätsabnahme und führst selbst qualifizierte Schweißarbeiten aus.

Your profile

  • Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung in einem metallverarbeitenden Beruf mit Schwerpunkt Schweißtechnik und mehrere Jahre Berufserfahrung in schweißtechnischen Tätigkeiten.
  • Idealerweise bist du zum Lehrschweißer (m/w/d) oder Schweißwerkmeister (m/w/d) ausgebildet, beherrschst MIG/MAG, WIG und EHand und hast eine Zusatzausbildung zur Schweißfachkraft (m/w/d) (DVSIIW1170).
  • Du besitzt die Qualifikation VT2 nach DINENISO9712 und hast die Prüfung zur Ausbildereignung abgelegt.
  • Du verfügst über technisches Verständnis, handwerkliches Geschick und Erfahrung im vollmechanischen bzw. automatisierten Schweißen.
  • Du trittst souverän und professionell auf, besitzt hohe Sozial, Kommunikations und Teamkompetenz sowie Konfliktlösungskompetenz.
  • Du arbeitest selbstständig, eigenverantwortlich und kundenorientiert, mit ausgeprägtem Qualitäts und Sicherheitsbewusstsein.
  • Du bist bereit zum Schichtdienst, kennst die Vorschriften der Arbeitssicherheit und Unfallverhütung.
