Your responsibilities

  • Du bist für die administrative Führung internationaler Forschungskooperationen verantwortlich und fungierst als Ansprechpartner*in für alle administrativen und organisatorischen Anliegen der internationalen Kooperationspartner*innen und der Europäischen Kommission.
  • Dabei bist du der Hauptansprechpartner*in für die fachliche Projektleitung, koordinierst Querschnittsthemen wie Exportkontrolle, IP-Department, LEX, Compliance und IT und übernimmst die Planung, Organisation und Durchführung von Veranstaltungen im internationalen Rahmen.
  • Du arbeitest relevante Inhalte aus europäischen Regelwerken heraus, stellst diese übersichtlich zusammen und arbeitest eng mit den Fachbereichen zusammen, um querschnittlich EDF-spezifisches Wissen zu konservieren.
  • Du unterstützt LessonsLearnedWorkshops mit verschiedenen internen Stakeholdern und berätst Projektleiter*innen in EDFspezifischen Angelegenheiten.
  • Du verantwortest die EDF-spezifische Datenablage in Confluence und pflegst die interne Kommunikation.

Your profile

  • Du hast ein abgeschlossenes technisches oder betriebswirtschaftliches Hochschulstudium oder eine gleichwertige Qualifikation.
  • Du bringst bereits Berufserfahrung im Projektmanagement mit, insbesondere in der Anwendung von Methoden auch in komplexen Projektsituationen, gerne im internationalen Umfeld.
  • Du hast die Ausdauer, Dich auch in umfangreiche Dokumente und Problemstellungen einzuarbeiten und diese strukturiert aufzubereiten.
  • Für Dich ist es selbstverständlich, Themen eigeninitiativ weiterzuentwickeln.
  • Du hast bereits erste Erfahrungen mit Projekten im European Defence Fund oder Horizon Europe gesammelt.
  • Du überzeugst Dein Umfeld durch ein souveränes Auftreten und die Fähigkeit, Dich schnell auf unterschiedliche Gesprächspartner einzustellen.
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift runden Dein Profil ab sowie gelegentliche Dienstreisen innerhalb Europas stellen für Dich keine Probleme dar.
