Your responsibilities

  • Bearbeitung des E-Hand-Verfahrens Nr. 111 mit Auswahl zwischen Hand- und Maschinenausführung; Anfertigung von eingeschränkten, uneingeschränkten sowie reinen Stumpf- bzw. Kehlnähten entsprechend den jeweiligen Anforderungen
  • Durchführung des MAG-Schweißverfahrens Nr. 135 mechanisiert oder automatisiert; Sicherstellung, dass die geschweißten Nähte den Vorgaben für eingeschränkte, uneingeschränkte sowie Stumpf- bzw. Kehlnähte entsprechen
  • Bearbeitung des Fülldraht-Verfahrens Nr. 136 mechanisiert oder automatisiert; Gewährleistung, dass die resultierenden Stumpf- bzw. Kehlnähte den geforderten Kategorien (eingeschränkt/uneingeschränkt) entsprechen
  • Qualitätssicherung durch visuelle Prüfung jeder Schweißnaht und Bestätigung, dass alle Nähte den definierten Qualitätsstandards entsprechen

Your profile

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Konstruktionsmechaniker:in Fachrichtung Schweißtechnik und mehrjährige Berufserfahrung idealerweise Erfahrung in der Anlagenprogrammierung für Anlagenfahrer:innen
  • Kenntnisse sowie praktische Erfahrung mit einer Vielzahl von Schweißtechniken und sicherer Umgang mit Schweißanweisungen, WPS und Schweißtabelle
  • Ausgeprägte organisatorische Fähigkeiten, strukturierte Vorgehensweise und konzeptionelles Denken
  • Technisches Verständnis, Kreativität und Flexibilität
  • Eigeninitiative, selbstständiges Arbeiten und Freude an der Teamarbeit
