Your responsibilities

  • Fertigung und Montage von Baugruppen und Komponenten im Bereich der Torpedorohrfertigung mit Schwerpunkt schiffbauliche Tätigkeiten im U-Bootsbau.
  • Einsatz von Schweiß-, Brennschneide- und weiteren fachspezifischen Fügetechniken.
  • Arbeiten erfolgen nach technischen Zeichnungen, Fertigungsunterlagen und Stücklisten.
  • Qualitätskontrolle sowie Maßprüfung der gefertigten Komponenten und visuelle Prüfung der Schweißnaht einschließlich Nahtvorbereitung.
  • Einhaltung von Sicherheitsvorschriften und dokumentierte Arbeit gemäß wehrtechnischen Standards.
  • Sicheres Lesen und Umsetzen technischer Zeichnungen sowie Beherrschung mehrerer Schweißverfahren (z.B. 141, 111, 135) und gültige Schweißzertifikate (MAG, WIG) sind von Vorteil.

Your profile

  • Eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Konstruktionsmechaniker (m/w/d) mit Fachrichtung Schiffbautechnik, Schweißtechnik oder einer vergleichbaren Qualifikation im Metallbereich bildet die Grundlage.
  • Mindestens drei Jahre Berufserfahrung werden vorausgesetzt.
  • Idealerweise liegen Erfahrungen im Schiffbau, im Sondermaschinenbau oder in der Wehrtechnik vor.
  • Diese Kombination aus Ausbildung und mehrjähriger Praxis ermöglicht das sichere Arbeiten an komplexen Projekten im maritimen Umfeld.
  • Selbstständige, sorgfältige und teamorientierte Arbeitsweise.
  • Bereitschaft zu gelegentlichen Montagen oder Auslandeinsätzen sowie Zuverlässigkeit und hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein.
