Your responsibilities

  • Führung und fachliche Anleitung der Teammitglieder sowie Gesamtverantwortung für die kaufmännische und finanzielle Steuerung des Projekts
  • Erstellung, Überwachung und Anpassung von Projektbudgets, Forecasts, Kosten-Nutzen-Analysen sowie kontinuierliches Projektcontrolling inkl. Soll-Ist-Vergleichen, Berichten und Prognosen
  • Identifikation, Bewertung und Management kaufmännischer Projektrisiken, Ableitung von Gegenmaßnahmen sowie Sicherstellung der Einhaltung aller Zahlungs-, Haftungs- und Versicherungsbedingungen
  • Ansprechpartner für den Auftraggeber in sämtlichen kaufmännischen Belangen und Präsentation der Projektergebnisse vor den Gesellschaftern
  • Verantwortung für Rechnungserstellung, Zahlungsfluss- und Forderungsmanagement gemäß Vertrag und Projektfortschritt
  • Dokumentation relevanter kaufmännischer Vorgänge für interne und externe Audits sowie Übernahme steuerlicher, zoll- und ausfuhrkontrollrechtlicher Aufgaben (inkl. KWKG und Geheimschutz)
  • Vertrags- und Rechtsmanagement, Claim- und Änderungsmanagement sowie kontinuierliche Projektkommunikation und Schnittstellenmanagement innerhalb der ARGE

Your profile

  • Mehrere Jahre (5-8) Berufserfahrung in den genannten Themenfeldern; Erfahrung im Marine-/Schiffbau oder Verteidigungs-/Rüstungssektor ist wünschenswert
  • Umfangreiche Erfahrung im Projekt- und Finanzcontrolling, insbesondere in Budgetplanung, Forecasting und Kosten-Nutzen-Analysen
  • Fundiertes Wissen im Vertrags-, Risiko- und Claim Management, speziell im Umgang mit UAN-Verträgen, sowie Kenntnisse im Finanz- und Rechnungswesen, Buchhaltung, Cash Management, Steuern, Zoll und Ausfuhrkontrolle
  • Vertrautheit mit gesetzlichen Vorgaben zur Kriegswaffenkontrolle (KWKG) und Geheimschutz
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Controlling- und Reporting-Tools (z.B. MS Excel, SAP, Office) sowie ausgeprägte Präsentations- und Reportingfähigkeiten für Gesellschafter- und Managementebenen
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse sowie ausgeprägte Führungs- und Teamfähigkeit und fachliche Weisungsbefugnis gegenüber internen und externen Partnern
  • Hohe analytische Kompetenz, Entscheidungsfähigkeit, Durchsetzungsstärke, Ergebnis- und Qualitätsorientierung sowie Kommunikationsstärke und Integrität im Umgang mit sensiblen Daten
