Your responsibilities

  • Du übernimmst die kaufmännische Leitung von nationalen und internationalen Projekten von der Akquisition bis zur Abnahme beim Kunden unter Berücksichtigung von Terminen, Qualität und Kosten.
  • Du trägst die Verantwortung für alle kaufmännischen Kernaufgaben des Projekts, einschließlich Finanzplanung, Kostenkontrolle, Reporting und Vertragsmanagement.
  • Du bist verantwortlich für die Angebotserstellung inklusive Kalkulation und Vertragsunterlagen für nationale und internationale Auftraggeber.
  • Du bereitest Vertragsverhandlungen vor, nimmst daran teil und führst sie durch, sowohl im In- als auch im Ausland.
  • Du arbeitest eng und abgestimmt mit den technischen Projektteams und interdisziplinären Kolleginnen und Kollegen zusammen.
  • Du berichtest regelmäßig an die Programm- oder Segmentleitung.
  • Du verantwortest die Erfassung und Pflege der Projektdaten und Erarbeitung von kaufmännischen und terminlichen Vorgaben sowie Arbeitspakete für die Fachabteilungen.
  • Du erstellst deutsch- und englischsprachige Projektreports sowie Präsentationen und kennst Dich im öffentlichen Preisrecht aus.
  • Du bringst Dich aktiv in die Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung der Projektorganisation ein.

Your profile

  • Du hast ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Wirtschaftsrecht oder weist eine vergleichbare Qualifikation vor.
  • Du verfügst über mehrere Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Leitung von Projekten, idealerweise mindestens fünf Jahre.
  • Eine Projektmanagement-Zertifizierung sowie Kenntnisse im Preis- und Vertragsrecht mit öffentlichen Auftraggebern bringst Du mit.
  • Du kommunizierst sicher auf Deutsch und Englisch und bist vertraut im Umgang mit SAP.
  • Deine Arbeitsweise ist proaktiv und zuverlässig und Du überzeugst durch Durchsetzungs- und Kommunikationsstärke, Organisationstalent, Teamfähigkeit und soziale Kompetenz.
  • Reisebereitschaft rundet Dein Profil ab.
