Your responsibilities

  • Verantwortung für das gesamte MLOpsÖkosystem auf der On-Premise-Cloud Plattform sowie Nutzung moderner CI/CD und MLOpsPraktiken (GitLabCI, KubeFlow, MLFlow) für das automatisierte Deployment, den stabilen Betrieb und die horizontale Skalierung von AI und MLAnwendungen
  • Gemeinsam mit den Stakeholdern eine konsistente ModelGovernanceStrategie definieren (Versionierung, Auditing, Zugriff, Lizenz und Risikomanagement) und etablierte Standards für KI und Modellentwicklung einführen
  • Mitwirkung bei der Planung und dem Scheduling von GPURessourcen, um eine effiziente Auslastung bei Trainings und Inferenzjobs zu erreichen; kurzzeitige Mitwirkung an Architektur und Prozessverbesserungen für AI/MLAnwendungen
  • Eigenständige Evaluation neuer KITechnologien (Frameworks, LLMModelle, ExplainabilityTools), Erstellung von Prototypen und Vorantreiben der sicheren, ethischen und datenschutzkonformen Integration dieser in die Plattform
  • 1st und 2ndLevelSupport für Incidents, schnelle Fehlersuche, Ursachenanalyse und Dokumentation von Lösungen

Your profile

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium der Informatik, Data Science, KIEngineering oder eines vergleichbaren Studiengangs
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Betrieb von MLOpsPlattformen im Unternehmensumfeld; praktische Erfahrung mit CI/CDTools (GitLabCI, ArgoCD) und dem Aufbau von automatisierten ModelPipelines sowie Erfahrung mit Modellregistrierung und Monitoring von ModelPerformance in Produktionsumgebungen
  • Tiefes Verständnis von großen Sprachmodellen, gängigen OpenSourceLLMs und KI-Plattformen (Cohere, VLLM) sowie sicherer Umgang mit ContainerRegistries (Harbor, DockerRegistry) und grundlegende Kenntnisse in der ImageSignierung und in der Zugriffskontrolle
  • Zertifikate wie CKA, CKS oder TensorFlow Developer Certificate sind vorteilhaft, aber nicht zwingend erforderlich
  • Analytisches, strukturiertes und konzeptionelles Denken; ausgeprägte Kommunikations und Schnittstellenkompetenz, serviceorientiertes Handeln mit hoher kunden und lösungsorientierter Einsatzbereitschaft und einer hohen Lern und Weiterbildungsbereitschaft
