Your responsibilities

  • Disziplinarische und fachliche Führung des Prüffelds Elektronik an den Standorten Bremen und Lilienthal, inklusive Verantwortung für die elektronische Prüfung (Baugruppen-/Elektronikprüfung) als auch die System- und Endprüfung unserer Systeme vor Übergabe an die Integration
  • Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Qualität, Terminen und Kosten im Verantwortungsbereich sowie Koordination der Prüfungsumsetzung von Planung bis Durchführung mit Fokus auf Liefertreue, Prüfqualität und Durchlaufzeitreduzierung
  • Kostenstellenverantwortung sowie Planung, Erprobung und Einführung neuer Prüfsysteme, -strukturen und -verfahren, darüber hinaus Pflege und Weiterentwicklung von KPIs unter Nutzung der KVPToollandschaft
  • Technologische Beratung interner und externer Kunden bei Neuentwicklungen und Änderungen sowie Weiterentwicklung der Mitarbeitenden im Verantwortungsbereich
  • Gewährleistung der Einhaltung von Arbeitssicherheits- und Compliance-Anforderungen

Your profile

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Ingenieur- oder Naturwissenschaften (FH/TU/Universität) bzw. vergleichbare Qualifikation durch mehrjährige Praxiserfahrung
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung mit mindestens fünf Jahren nachweislicher Führungserfahrung, sehr gute Kenntnisse bezüglich Qualitätssicherung und Erfahrung in den Prozessen der Elektronik-, System- und Endprüfung
  • Kenntnisse statistischer Methoden (SixSigma), solide ITKenntnisse (SAP, WAY, MS-Office) sowie gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Sicheres und authentisches Auftreten, hohes Maß an Durchsetzungs- und Veränderungsfähigkeit, kombiniert mit strukturierter und kommunikationsstarker Arbeitsweise
  • Bereitschaft zu Dienstreisen zwischen den Standorten Bremen und Lilienthal sowie zu weiteren regionalen Dienstreisen
