Your responsibilities

  • Du etablierst und strukturierst einen interdisziplinären Verantwortungsbereich inkl. Teams in der ReparaturAbteilung und entwickelst ein partizipatives, wertschätzendes und klares Führungs und Arbeitsumfeld.
  • Du trägst Mut zu Veränderungen, triffst Entscheidungen und übernimmst Verantwortung für Arbeitssicherheit, indem du Gefährdungsbeurteilungen, Betriebsanweisungen und die gesamte Dokumentation sicherstellst.
  • Du gewährleistest hohe Termintreue und Produktqualität durch den Einsatz von ITTools, Planungsinstrumenten, LeadershipMethoden, FMEA/FA und einen kontinuierlichen Verbesserungsprozess.
  • Du kontrollierst Fertigungs und Gemeinkostenbudgets mit zielgerichteten LeanPrinzipien und erstellst sowie setzt die jährlichen OPEX und CAPEXPlanungen um.
  • Du führst disziplinarisch, förderst die Personalentwicklung und sicherst ein professionelles Erscheinungs und Arbeitsbild nach innen und außen.
  • Du koordinierst Schnittstellen zu AV, ENG, QS, Projekt und nutzt Expertenwissen (PSM, PIE, etc.) für ein effektives ShopFloorManagement und die Weiterentwicklung von Prozessen.

Your profile

Du hast eine abgeschlossene technische Berufsausbildung sowie eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene Weiterbildung zum Industriemeister (m/w/d) oder Techniker (m/w/d).

Du verfügst über mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in Instandsetzungsarbeiten und hast bereits Führungserfahrung gesammelt.

Du bringst fundierte Kenntnisse im elektrischen/rohr oder maschinenbaulichen Bereich moderner UBoote mit, beherrschst Englisch und bist bereit, bei Bedarf Auslandseinsätze sowie Weiterbildungsmaßnahmen zu absolvieren.

Du kannst komplexe technische Prozesse planen, steuern und erfolgreich zum Abschluss bringen.

Du handelst stets leistungsorientiert, bringst Gestaltungswillen und Durchsetzungsvermögen mit.

Du besitzt ausgeprägte organisatorische Fähigkeiten und bist kommunikations- sowie teamfähig.

Du zeigst soziale Kompetenz, belastbare Arbeitsweise und Anpassungsfähigkeit.
