Your responsibilities

  • Als Head of Incoming Inspection (m/w/d) übernehmen Sie die disziplinarische und fachliche Führung der Organisationseinheit an unserem Standort in Bremen.
  • Sie koordinieren die Umsetzung der Prüfvorgaben von der Prüfplanung über die Prüfung bis zur Reklamationsbearbeitung.
  • Die Kostenstellenverantwortung und die Freigabe von Buchungsvorgängen liegen bei Ihnen.
  • Die Weiterentwicklung der Abteilung (u.a. Invest- und Lean-Projekte) wird durch Sie vorangetrieben.
  • Sie sind verantwortlich für die Geschäftsjahresplanung (Personal, Investitionen, Strategie).
  • Die Leitung komplexer und bereichsübergreifender Projekte wird durch Sie koordiniert.
  • Für die Sicherstellung der Arbeitssicherheit in Ihrer Abteilung sind Sie verantwortlich.
  • Sie übernehmen die Bestands- und Inventurverantwortung für Ihren Aufgabenbereich.
  • Die Einhaltung der Qualitäts-, Termin- und Kostenziele wird durch Sie sichergestellt.

Your profile

  • Sie verfügen über ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Ingenieurs- oder Naturwissenschaften (FH/TU/Universität).
  • Sie können mehrere Jahre Berufserfahrung mit fachlicher Führungserfahrung aufweisen.
  • Sie bringen gute Kenntnisse in Bezug auf Qualitätssicherung mit.
  • Erste Erfahrungen mit den Prozessen der Wareneingangsprüfung können Sie vorweisen.
  • Kenntnisse von statischen Methoden (Six Sigma) sind wünschenswert.
  • Gute IT-Kenntnisse (SAP, WAY, MS-Office) zeichnen Sie aus.
  • Ein sicheres, authentisches Auftreten sowie ein hohes Maß an Durchsetzungsfähigkeit und Veränderungsfähigkeit zeichnet Sie aus.
  • Eine strukturierte und kommunikationsstarke Arbeitsweise ist für Sie selbstverständlich.
  • Die Bereitschaft zu gelegentlichen regionalen Dienstreisetätigkeiten rundet Ihr Profil ab.
