Your responsibilities

  • Du übernimmst die fachliche und disziplinarische Verantwortung für ein engagiertes Team, das Guidelines, Geschäftsprozesse, Tools und Systems Engineering erstellt, implementiert und kontinuierlich verbessert.
  • Du analysierst und optimierst bestehende Geschäftsprozesse und entwickelst Konzepte zur Effizienz und Digitalisierungssteigerung in Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Organisationseinheiten - Ziel: lebbare Prozesse mit spürbarem Mehrwert.
  • Du definierst und übersetzt ToolAnforderungen, begleitest die Implementierung und sorgst für die fortlaufende Weiterentwicklung der Tools, die unsere Geschäftsprozesse und Großprojekte unterstützen.
  • Du entwickelst und etablierst Guidelines und Standards für den Überwasserbereich und bildest mit Deinem Team das Rückgrat beim Wissenstransfer von Projekt zu Projekt.
  • Du arbeitest eng mit anderen Organisationseinheiten zusammen, um sicherzustellen, dass Guidelines und Prozesse den tatsächlichen Bedürfnissen entsprechen und effizient umgesetzt werden können.

Your profile

  • Du hast ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Schiffbau, Maschinenbau, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
  • Du verfügst über mindestens5Jahre Berufserfahrung in der erfolgreichen Umsetzung von Schiffbauprojekten oder vergleichbar komplexen Projekten.
  • Du hast ausgeprägte Erfahrung in der Führung von Teams sowie in der Zusammenarbeit mit internen und externen Organisationseinheiten.
  • Du kannst komplexe Sachverhalte schnell erfassen, analysieren und zielgerichtet Lösungen entwickeln. Dabei vermittelst Du diese verständlich und verfügst über eine pragmatische Lösungskompetenz.
  • Du hast Freude an Teamarbeit, arbeitest strukturiert und betrachtest Kommunikation als Schlüssel zum Erfolg.
  • Du verfügst über sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch sowohl schriftlich als auch mündlich.
  • Reisebereitschaft ist für Dich selbstverständlich; Besuche bei Partnern, Zulieferern oder nationalen/internationalen Werften gehören zu Deinem Alltag.
