In der UBootProduktion suchen wir einen GruppenleiterLieferantenmanagementProduktion(w/m/d), der das Team nicht nur führt, sondern Prozesse strategisch gestaltet und weiterentwickelt.

  • Disziplinarische Führung der Gruppe Production Planning Subcontracting (PLS) als Teil der Hauptabteilung Operations Planning
  • Verantwortung des Prozesses zur Durchführung der Fertigungsvergaben (Lohnbearbeitung) im Rahmen der U-Boot Produktion und den unternehmensinternen Schnittstellen sowie externen Partnern, z.B. zur internen Fertigungssteuerung, Konstruktion, externen Lohnbearbeitern oder Mitarbeit in den übergeordneten Make-or-Buy-Entscheidungen
  • Erstellung und Optimierung der Lohnbearbeitungs-Supply-Chain unter Berücksichtigung von Kapazitäten, Prüfanforderungen, Materialverfügbarkeiten und Bedarfsterminen sowie Steuerung und Überwachung der laufenden Vergaben als auch Einleitung von Gegenmaßnahmen bei Abweichungen
  • Analyse und Weiterentwicklung relevanter Kennzahlen sowie enge Zusammenarbeit mit Produktion, Konstruktion, Einkauf und Projekt
  • Unterstützung bei der Konzeption, Entwicklung und Implementierung von Prozessen und Tools innerhalb der internen TKMS-Infrastruktur
  • Vorausschauende und systematische Mitarbeiterentwicklung
  • Bearbeiten der hinsichtlich Qualität, Zeit und Kosten

Your profile

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium der Ingenieurwissenschaften oder Produktionstechnik sowie mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Produktionsplanung/-steuerung
  • Erste disziplinarische Führungserfahrung erforderlich
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse im ERP-System (SAP)
  • Hohes Maß an Eigenverantwortung, Eigenständigkeit und Verhandlungsgeschick in komplexen Situationen
  • Umfangreiches Wissen im Bereich technischer Systeme sowie deren komplexen Zusammenhänge
  • Umsetzungs- und Veränderungskompetenz, mit der Fähigkeit, neue Ansätze in Planung und Teamarbeit (z.B. agiles Management, LEAN-Prinzipien, Tool-Optimierung) zu entwickeln und praktisch anzuwenden
  • Lösungsorientiertes Arbeiten in interdisziplinären Teams
  • Erfahrungen in der Projektsteuerung sowie im aktiven Schnittstellenmanagement
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
