Your responsibilities

  • Analyse und Planung von Produktionsflächen inkl. Ermittlung, Bewertung und Pflege von Flächenbelegungsplänen sowie kurz-, mittel- und langfristigen Bedarfsanalysen und Szenarien
  • Identifikation und Lösung von Flächenkonflikten durch Analyse von Engpässen, Bewertung von Auswirkungen sowie Entwicklung von Lösungsoptionen samt Entscheidungsvorlagen
  • Abstimmung und Koordination mit Fertigung, Planung und Baumethodik, Moderation von Abstimmungsrunden und Sicherstellung eines gemeinsamen Verständnisses über Flächenrestriktionen
  • Kontinuierliche Verbesserung durch Weiterentwicklung von Methoden, Standards und Kennzahlen sowie Identifikation von Optimierungspotenzialen und Unterstützung bei Layoutanpassungen
  • Aufbau und Pflege einer belastbaren Datenbasis für Flächen- und Kapazitätsanalysen zur Unterstützung neuer Fertigungskonzepte und Bauabläufe

Your profile

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Maschinenbau, Schiffbau, Produktionstechnik, Logistik oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Erfahrung in Produktionsplanung, Fabrikplanung, Flächenmanagement oder Kapazitätsplanung sowie sicherer Umgang mit Terminplänen und Projektmanagement-Methoden
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Excel, MS-Project und Datenanalyse, idealerweise Erfahrung mit Layout- oder Visualisierungstools
  • Ausgeprägte analytische und konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten, hohe Problemlösungskompetenz, Kommunikations- und Moderationsstärke
  • Durchsetzungsvermögen, verbunden mit der Fähigkeit, unterschiedliche Interessen ausgewogen zu berücksichtigen sowie strukturierte und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise
