Your responsibilities

  • Laufende Finanzbuchhaltung: Eigenständige Bearbeitung, Buchung und Dokumentation von Geschäftsvorfällen unter Berücksichtigung der geltenden gesetzlichen Vorschriften und internen Richtlinien
  • Hauptbuchhaltung (General Ledger): Pflege und Abstimmung der Sachkonten sowie Sicherstellung einer vollständigen, korrekten und nachvollziehbaren Buchführung
  • Abstimmung der Nebenbücher: Koordination und Abstimmung der Kreditoren-, Debitoren- und Anlagenbuchhaltung mit dem Hauptbuch
  • Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüsse: Mitarbeit bei der termingerechten Erstellung der Abschlüsse nach HGB und IFRS
  • Abschlussbuchungen und Periodenabgrenzung: Durchführung von Abschlussbuchungen sowie Bildung und Auflösung von Rückstellungen und Abgrenzungsposten im Rahmen der periodengerechten Rechnungslegung
  • Bilanzielle Sachverhalte: Analyse und Klärung von Kontendifferenzen sowie Unterstützung bei der Beurteilung bilanzieller Fragestellungen
  • Steuerliche Meldungen: Aufbereitung und Bereitstellung buchhalterischer Daten und Unterlagen für steuerliche Meldungen und Deklarationen
  • Prüfungsbegleitung: Vorbereitung und Zusammenstellung prüfungsrelevanter Unterlagen für Wirtschaftsprüfungen und Betriebsprüfungen
  • Prozessoptimierung: Aktive Mitwirkung bei der Weiterentwicklung, Standardisierung und Optimierung von Accounting-Prozessen sowie bei der Verbesserung der Daten- und Buchungsqualität

Your profile

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, idealerweise mit einer Weiterbildung zum Finanzbuchhalter (m/w/d), Bilanzbuchhalter (m/w/d) oder einer vergleichbaren Qualifikation
  • Einschlägige Berufserfahrung in der Buchhaltung, Finanzbuchhaltung oder im Finanz- und Rechnungswesen
  • Gute Grundkenntnisse der Rechnungslegung nach HGB und IFRS
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office, insbesondere Microsoft Excel
  • Idealerweise erste praktische Erfahrungen mit SAP S/4HANA oder einem vergleichbaren ERP-System
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sowie grundlegende Englischkenntnisse
  • Eine strukturierte, sorgfältige und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise sowie ein ausgeprägtes Verständnis für Zahlen und buchhalterische Zusammenhänge
  • Hohes Maß an Zuverlässigkeit, Genauigkeit und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • Teamorientierung, Kommunikationsfähigkeit und die Bereitschaft, sich in neue fachliche Themen und Prozesse einzuarbeiten
