Your responsibilities

  • Prüfung der Bauunterlagen für die schiffbauliche Anfertigung und Ausrüstung von U-Boot-Sektionen sowie begleitende Unterstützung bei deren Umsetzung
  • Ansprechpartner:in für technische Belange und eigenständige Sicherstellung der technischen Umsetzbarkeit in Zusammenarbeit mit Schnittstellenpartnern (z.B. Konstruktion, Einkauf, Baubegleitung, IT)
  • Entwicklung grundsätzlicher technischer Baureihenfolgen, Überprüfung von Störfaktoren in der Planung und Erstellung von Arbeitsanweisungen zur Sicherstellung der Qualitätsanforderungen
  • Durchführung fachspezifischer Schulungen und Mitwirkung bei der Grobplanung von Arbeitsvorbereitung, Projektkalkulation und Projektarbeit
  • Leitung von Projekten zur Erstellung von Q-Meldungen und Fehleranalysen, fachliche Beratung für Arbeitssicherheit sowie das Definieren fachspezifischer Qualifikationsprofile und Abgleichen mit anderen Meister:innen

Your profile

  • Berufsausbildung zum Industrie oder Handwerksmeister:in, Fachrichtung Metall bzw. gleichwertige Qualifikation als Schweißwerkmeister:in oder Schweißfachkraft
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im U-Boot- bzw. Schiffbau (oder vergleichbarem Bereich) sowie Prozesskenntnisse aus dem Schiff- und U-Boot-Bau
  • Kenntnisse in der Verarbeitung von Edelstahl- bzw. Chrom-Nickel-Stählen
  • Exzellente organisatorische Fähigkeiten, ausgeprägte Verantwortungsbereitschaft, Eigeninitiative, Durchsetzungs- und Improvisationsvermögen
  • Konzeptionelles Denkvermögen und Kreativität zur eigenständigen Entwicklung technischer und operativer Innovationen
