Your responsibilities

  • Unterstützung der Bereichsleitung bei operativenund strategischen Tages und Sonderthemen
  • Enge Abstimmung mit angrenzenden Fachbereichen
  • Vor- und Nachbereitung von Meetings, Erstellung von Präsentationen, Entscheidungsvorlagen & Protokollen
  • Interne und externe Schnittstellenfunktion
  • Vertretung der Leitung bei kommerziellen Planungs, Überwachungs & Steuerungsaufgaben (hohe Diskretion)
  • Übersetzung von Kennzahlen in handlungsrelevante Entscheidungen
  • PerformanceManagement für Kostenstellen im Überwasserbereich (OPLVorbereitung, Budget & Stundenanalyse)
  • Erstellung & regelmäßige Präsentation von Monats/Quartalsberichten
  • Entwicklung, Pflege & Prüfung von Forecasts, Budgets und Abweichungsanalysen

Your profile

  • Ein abgeschlossenes Studium idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt Controlling, Finance oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Erste Berufserfahrung im Controlling oder Project Office
  • Routinierter Umgang mit MS Office Anwendungen und fundierte Kenntnisse in SAP
  • Eine analytische Denkweise, gepaart mit der Fähigkeit komplexe Sachverhalte verständlich auf den Punkt zu bringen
  • Eigenverantwortliches Arbeiten und ein gesundes Maß an Hartnäckigkeit, wenn Rückmeldungen oder Zahlen nicht auf Anhieb passen
  • Ausgeprägtes Organisationstalent, exzellentes Zeitmanagement und hohe Serviceorientierung
  • Souveränes, diskretes Auftreten im Umgang mit vertraulichen Informationen auf allen Hierarchieebenen
  • Verhandlungssichere Korrespondenz und Kommunikationsstärke in Deutsch und Englisch (C1)
  • Hohe Flexibilität und Belastbarkeit bei kurzfristigen Sonderthemen und wechselnden Anforderungen
