Your responsibilities

Sie entwickeln leistungselektronische Systeme und Baugruppen im Niederspannungsbereich bis 1000 V für innovative mobile und stationäre Anwendungen, wie z.B. Linearmotorantriebe für Magnetschwebesysteme, z.B. für Hyperloop, Bordnetze, Energiespeicher.

Zu Ihren Schwerpunkten gehören:

  • Anforderungsanalyse
  • Konzeptentwicklung und Entwurf von Baugruppen und Systemen unter Berücksichtigung technologischer, wirtschaftlicher und normativer Vorgaben
  • Lieferantenauswahl und -betreuung
  • Inbetriebnahme, Test und Qualifikation

Dabei kann sich Ihr Tätigkeitsbereich im Detail unter anderem auf die folgenden Bereiche erstrecken:

  • Auswahl, Bewertung und Qualifikation von Bauteilen und Komponenten mit Hilfe von Messungen sowie Berechnungs- und Simulationstools
  • Erstellung von Stromlaufplänen und Leiterplattenlayouts
  • Aufbau und Inbetriebnahme von Funktionsmustern und Prototypen
  • Planung und Durchführung von Testreihen und Erprobungsprogrammen
  • Erfassung und Verarbeitung von relevanten Messgrößen im System
  • Abstimmung mit anderen Teams, Projektpartnern und Kunden

Your profile

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Elektrotechnik, Mechatronik oder ein naturwissenschaftliches Studium
  • Berufserfahrung in den genannten Tätigkeitsbereichen wäre vorteilhaft, aber nicht zwingend notwendig
  • Begeisterung an der Zusammenarbeit in interdisziplinären Teams
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse sowie gute Englischkenntnisse zur Kommunikation in Wort und Schrift
  • Bereitschaft zu gelegentlichen Dienstreisen

Um Ihren fachlichen und persönlichen Erfolg sicherzustellen, erwarten wir Kenntnisse in einigen der folgenden Bereiche:

  • Hardwareentwicklung auf Gerät / Modul oder Systemebene
  • Erste Schaltplan und Layouterfahrung mit z.B. Eagle, KiCAD, Mentor Graphics, Altium Designer etc.
  • Einsatz von Simulationswerkzeugen wie Matlab / Simulink, LTSpice etc.
  • Inbetriebnahme, Test und Qualifikation von leistungselektronischen Schaltungen und Systemen unter Einsatz von Messtechnik im Labor
  • Geräte- und Systemqualifikation in den Bereichen elektrische Sicherheit, EMV, Umweltprüfungen
  • Ermittlung von Zuverlässigkeitswerten und Erstellen von Redundanzkonzepten
