Your responsibilities

  • Die Sicherstellung des Bewusstseins eines einheitlichen Zielbildes sowie der Einhaltung fester Leitplanken und abgestimmter Strukturprinzipien bei Veränderungen und Transformationen im Engineering gehören zu deinen Hauptaufgabe.
  • Zudem übernimmst du die Entwicklung, Pflege und Weiterentwicklung klarer Ordnungsprinzipien, Referenzrahmen und Strukturvorgaben zur Unterstützung der Engineeringorganisation.
  • Du kümmerst dich um die Sicherstellung der über einzelne Projekte hinausgehenden dauerhaften Nutzung, Effektivität und Wirkung der im Engineering eingeführten Veränderungen.
  • Zudem legst du verbindliche und richtungsweisende Vorgehensweisen, Strukturen und Artefakte im gesamten Engineering fest.
  • Du ordnest und implementierst neue Themen in bestehende Zielbilder, Strukturen und Leitplanken zur Vermeidung von Parallelstrukturen und unnötiger Komplexität.
  • Als Berater unterstützt du bei Ausrichtung, Priorisierung und Weiterentwicklung von Arbeitsweisen, Strukturprinzipien und Transformationsschwerpunkten im Engineering.
  • Du definierst geeignete Kriterien zur Bewertung von Nutzung, Verankerung und Wirkung von Maßnahmen.
  • Du übernimmst die fachliche Steuerung und Moderation von Arbeitsgruppen.

Your profile

  • Du hast ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium, z. B. in Wirtschafts-, Ingenieur-, Organisations-, Kommunikations- oder vergleichbaren Fachrichtungen.
  • Du bringst mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in strukturierenden, koordinierenden oder konzeptionellen Rollen mit, idealerweise im technischen, projekt- oder transformationsnahen Umfeld.
  • Du verfügst über eine ausgeprägte Fähigkeit zur Strukturierung komplexer Themen und Zusammenhänge sowie sehr gute konzeptionelle und analytische Fähigkeiten.
  • Du hast Erfahrung im Aufbau von Wissens-, Ablage- oder Governance-Strukturen.
  • Du bewegst dich souverän in organisationsübergreifenden Kontexten und hast ein Verständnis für systemische Zusammenhänge in großen Organisationen.
  • Du zeichnest dich durch eine hohe Text-, Struktur- und Darstellungskompetenz aus.
  • Du hast sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
