Your responsibilities

  • In Ihrer Rolle überwachen Sie die Ausführung beim Schweißen.
  • Sie sind zuständig für die Abnahme von Arbeitsproben und unterstützen bei der Schweißerqualifikation.
  • Sie führen Schulungsmaßnahmen, Schweißer- und Verfahrensprüfungen durch und beaufsichtigen diese.
  • Sie übernehmen abschließende Sichtprüfungen von den geschweißten Baugruppen und überwachen die Einhaltung des Arbeitsschutzes.
  • Sie stimmen sich mit Personal- und Fachvorgesetzen und ggf. Bauaufsichten/Kunden ab.
  • Die technische Klärung mit der Konstruktion sowie die technische Unterstützung bei qualitätsrelevanten Themen obliegt Ihnen.
  • Darüber hinaus führen Sie terminliche und organisatorische Shopfloor Termine mit vor- und nachgelagerten Gewerken durch.

Your profile

  • Sie bringen eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung in einem technischen Beruf mit Schwerpunkt Schweißtechnik mit.
  • Sie haben Erfahrung im Schweißen von schiffbaulichen oder stahlbaulichen Konstruktionen und als Schweißaufsichtsperson.
  • Sie besitzen eine Zusatzausbildung zum Schweißfachmann nach DVS-IIW 1170 und die Qualifikation VT 2 nach DIN EN ISO 9712.
  • Sie zeichnen sich durch berufsethisches Handeln sowie ein ausgeprägtes Verständnis für Regelwerke und Prozesse aus.
  • Sie sind fähig selbstständig zu arbeiten und andere Mitarbeiter anzuleiten und zu unterstützen.
  • Gute organisatorische Fähigkeiten und Verantwortungsbereitschaft runden Ihr Profil ab.
  • Sie sind bereit im 3-Schicht-System zu arbeiten.
