Your responsibilities

  • Du unterstützt das Sales&ProductStrategy (PSV) Office bei der Vorbereitung und Erstellung von Angebotsunterlagen für Marineschiffbauprojekte, indem Du Informationen zusammenträgst, strukturierst und in vorgegebene Templates einarbeitest.
  • Dabei unterstützt Du direkt den TeamleadPSVOffice.
  • Du organisierst Meetings mit internen und externen Stakeholdern, erstellst hierfür Präsentationen und protokollierst ActionItems für die weitere Nachverfolgung.
  • Du wertest relevante Dokumente und Informationen zu Kunden oder zu einer Kampagne aus und stellst die Inhalte strukturiert zur Verfügung.
  • Du pflegst Dateien, Listen und eigene Projektseiten im Intranet (Confluence/SharePoint) vor und während der Angebotsphase.
  • Du hilfst beim Aufbau einer Kampagne und stimmst Dich regelmäßig zu eigenen, kleineren Arbeitspaketen mit der jeweiligen internen Fachabteilung ab.
  • Du unterstützt das PSVOffice und die Angebotsteams durch organisatorische und administrative Aufgaben und unterstützt bei Bedarf auch die Chief Architects sowie das Team Research&Development, die ebenfalls Teil der Abteilung PSV sind.

Your profile

  • Du verfügst über eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Berufsausbildung oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
  • Du bringst mindestens drei Jahre Erfahrung im Angebotswesen, in der Projektassistenz oder im Backoffice im Konzernumfeld mit.
  • Du besitzt ein gutes Verständnis für Angebotsabläufe und kannst komplexe technische Informationen strukturiert und verständlich aufbereiten.
  • Du hast kaufmännische Grundkenntnisse, z.B. im Umgang mit Kalkulationsbestandteilen.
  • Dein Profil wird abgerundet durch sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sowie sehr gute Kenntnisse der relevanten ITTools (z.B. MSOffice, SAP).
  • Du bist proaktiv und trittst innerhalb der Organisation sicher auf.
  • Absolute Zuverlässigkeit und sorgfältige bzw. gewissenhafte Arbeit sind für Dich selbstverständlich.
  • Du besitzt die Fähigkeit, komplexe Sachverhalte zu durchdringen und in geeigneter Weise grafisch darzustellen.
