Your responsibilities

  • Unterstützung (ggf. Vertretung) der Baustellenleiter:in sowie fachbezogener Ansprechpartner:in für den Kunden (Bauwerft) in Konstruktions- und Fertigungsplanung und bei Konstruktionsabläufen, einschließlich Konstruktionsergebnissen
  • Beratung des Kunden und fachbezogene Koordination sowie Planung der TKMS-Aktivitäten vor Ort in enger Interaktion mit dem Projektteam in Deutschland und dem On-Site-Team in Mumbai, abgestimmt mit dem Baustellenleiter:in
  • Vertretung der TKMS-Interessen gegenüber dem Kunden, Umsetzung der Sicherheitsvorschriften für TKMS-Mitarbeiter sowie Überwachung der terminlichen Situation und entsprechende Informationen an den Baustellenleiter:in, darüber hinaus Vorschlag von Maßnahmen bei Terminabweichungen
  • Unterstützung im Claim-Management gegenüber Kunden und Lieferanten, inkl. Prüfung und Abwehr von Fremdclaims, Unterstützung von Eigenclaims sowie Bewertung von Gewährleistungsansprüchen des Kunden
  • Fachliche Koordinierung und Begleitung beauftragter Unterlieferanten vor Ort sowie beratende Funktion bei der Erstellung der Prüfplanung (STW,FAT,HAT,SAT) und Zuarbeit zum Baustellenbericht

Your profile

  • Abgeschlossener Hochschulabschluss im Ingenieurwesen und langjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Planung und Engineering sowie Expertise in Planung, Konstruktion und Baubegleitung von U-Booten oder Schiffen
  • Kenntnisse in der Nutzung entsprechender Planungstools und EDV-Kenntnisse (MS-Office)
  • Erfahrung im Kontakt mit internationalen Kunden und Partnern, einschließlich Auslandserfahrung sowie sehr gute Englischkenntnisse und Fähigkeit, Wissen in englischer Sprache zu vermitteln
  • Durchsetzungsvermögen, Selbstständigkeit, Verantwortungsbewusstsein, hohe Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit sowie soziale Kompetenz
  • Gutes analytisches und konzeptionelles Denkvermögen sowie Flexibilität im Umgang mit sich schnell ändernden Gegebenheiten
