Your responsibilities

  • Sie führen das Team fachlich und disziplinarisch und sind verantwortlich für die Entwicklung und Einführung von Konfigurationsmanagement-Konzepten für den gesamten Produkt-/System-/Projektlebenszyklus.
  • Die Sicherstellung der Verfügbarkeit von Produktstrukturen, d.h. Identifikation von Konfigurationseinheiten und Abbildung in den entsprechenden Tools (z.B. PLM, ERP) fällt in Ihren Verantwortungsbereich.
  • Sie erstellen Konfigurationsmanagementpläne für Projekt- oder Entwicklungsvorhaben und stellen die Anwendung und Einhaltung des Konfigurationsprozesses sicher.
  • Die Sicherstellung bzw. Durchführung und Nachverfolgung von Change Control Boards (CCB) und Durchführung von Konfiguration Audits (FCA & PCA) für Produkte/Projekte/Dienstleistungen liegt ebenfalls in Ihrem Verantwortungsbereich.
  • Sie erstellen Aufwandsabschätzungen in Angeboten.
  • Sie stellen die Verfügbarkeit von jederzeit aktuellen Übersichten zu Dokumentständen bzw. Bauzuständen von Produkten/Systemen/Projekten sicher.
  • Sie arbeiten in internen und externen Projektteams mit und sind für die Überwachung des Konfigurationsmanagements von UAN in Abstimmung mit PL, QM und Einkauf zuständig.

Your profile

  • Sie können ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes technisches Studium vorweisen.
  • Sie können mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Konfigurationsmanagement und in verschiedenen KM-Standards (z.B. V-Modell XT) vorweisen.
  • Zertifiziert nach CMII oder vergleichbar, Kenntnis der DIN ISO 10007 sowie Know-how im Bereich Systems Engineering und im Anforderungsmanagement setzen wir voraus.
  • Sie verfügen über sehr gute organisatorische Fähigkeiten. Eine strukturierte Vorgehensweise und konzeptionelles Denken zeichnen Sie aus.
  • Idealerweise besitzen Sie bereits Erfahrungen im maritimen Umfeld.
  • Eine eigenständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise ist für Sie selbstverständlich und Sie verfügen über eine ausgeprägte Teamfähigkeit und hohe Sozialkompetenz.
  • Die sichere Anwendung von MS-Office, SAP, DMS- und PLM-Systemen ist wünschenswert.
  • Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift runden Ihr Profil ab.
