Your responsibilities

  • Sie übernehmen die Führung der Abteilung Hardwaredesign sowohl fachlich als auch disziplinarisch.
  • Die von Ihnen geführte Abteilung entwickelt digitale Hardwarekomponenten moderner Kommunikationsgeräte und das Layout eigener Flachbaugruppen.
  • Sie planen und optimieren die Ressourceneinsätze Ihrer Abteilung in Abstimmung mit den Projektleitern unserer Kunden- und Produktentwicklungsprojekten anhand vorgegebener Prioritäten.
  • Sie verantworten die Einhaltung der vorgegebenen Prozesse und unterstützen die permanente Weiterentwicklung der Prozesslandschaft in engster Abstimmung mit den Prozessverantwortlichen.
  • Sie führen Gespräche zur Personalentwicklung. Dabei zeigen Sie regelmäßig Entwicklungspotentiale Ihrer Mitarbeiter auf und entwickeln Strategien für ihre Weiterentwicklung.
  • Sie unterstützen die Erstellung und Überprüfung von Angeboten, Systembeschreibungen und Anforderungsdokumenten.

Your profile

  • Sie verfügen über ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Elektrotechnik, Wirtschaftsingenieurswesen oder ähnlichem.
  • Sie verfügen über mehrere Jahre Berufserfahrung und haben sehr gute Kenntnisse im Bereich Hardwaredesign und Layout.
  • Erste Erfahrungen in der fachlichen und disziplinarischen Führung von Entwicklerteams wären wünschenswert.
  • Sie verfügen über ein hohes Maß an Identifikation mit Ihrer Arbeit. Dabei entwickeln Sie ein großes Maß an Eigenständigkeit und Initiative.
  • Sie bleiben stets neugierig für Neues, haben dabei ein gutes Gespür für Umsetzbarkeit und packen jederzeit gerne mit an.
  • Sie überzeugen durch ein hohes Maß an Strukturierungs- und Umsetzungsfähigkeit.
  • Sie verfügen über sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
