Your responsibilities

  • Du übernimmst disziplinarische und fachliche Führung von Mitarbeitern in der Gerätemontage.
  • Du überwachst die Kapazitäten und Ressourcen.
  • Du bist verantwortlich für das Shopfloor Management in der Abteilung.
  • Du übernimmst die Personalqualifizierung, Fähigkeitsentwicklung und Unterweisung deiner Mitarbeitenden, sowie die Prozessuale Weiterentwicklung.
  • Du arbeitest mit Internen und Externen Abteilungen zusammen und optimierst die Schnittstellen.
  • Du bist verantwortlich für das Controlling, Kennzahlen für OEE, Liefertermintreue und Einhaltung von Werksauftragsstunden.
  • Du gibst ein wöchentliches Reporting der Kennzahlen an die Bereichsleitung weiter.
  • Du sorgst für die Reduzierung der Fertigungskosten durch KVP-Projekte.

Your profile

  • Du hast ein Studium der Elektrotechnik, Maschinenbau, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder fachspezifische Ausbildung/Weiterbildung zum Meister.
  • Du hast langjährige Berufserfahrung in mittelständischen Industrieunternehmen im Prototypen oder Kleinseriengeschäft.
  • Du hast nachweisliche Erfahrungen in der disziplinarischen Führung von Mitarbeitern und verfügst über eine ausgeprägte Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit.
  • Du besitzt sehr gute Kenntnisse in der Montage von mechanischen und elektrischen Komponenten im Kleingerätebereich.
  • Du bist bereit zur Arbeit in einem 2-Schicht-Betrieb und gelegentlichen nationalen und internationalen Dienstreisen.
  • Du hast sehr gute MS Office Kenntnisse und ERP-Kenntnisse (bevorzugt SAP R3 oder S4 Hana).
  • Du beherrschst die Englische Sprache sicher in Wort und Schrift.
